The classes are held right here at our farm located in Sarasota, Florida.

Classes are held on Saturdays with the hours of: 10am – 4pm
If you want to suggest a class date, please contact us with your request. The class size is limited to six (6) students per class.
NOTE: We also offer this cheese making course online! There’s no substitute for our in-home class, however you can save money and travel expense by purchasing the course here. Learn how to make a delicious artisan hard cheese and Cottage Cheese in your very first class using regular everyday household items. For example, we will show you how to save a few hundred dollars and more by making your own cheese press. We walk you through the entire process of preparing your kitchen to how to properly store your cheese while it ages and develops its flavor.
